Vacuum forming is a simplified version of thermoforming, whereby a sheet of plastic is heated to a forming temperature, stretched onto a single-surface mold, and forced against the mold by a vacuum. We use vacuum forming to manufacture wide variety of products such as Disposable Plates, Bowls, Meat tray (black & White).

All products are manufactured to international standards and the raw material for food grade products highly meets the F.D.A. requirement in the code of federal regulations in 21 CFR177.1520 for food contact.
